Good evening friends! Skies have run out of rain for now, speckles of cream puff clouds on an azure plain, air raspy with cold buffets of wind despite a bold shadowless brightness that flattened flowers into speckled swathes of pure colour. The chartreuse radar dish false petals of spurge, multiplying bluebells and forget-me-nots, all bands of hue seeming to float in the air.

Hit hard post-exercise this week, my knees and elbows protesting in flashes of scraping fever heat and chill, body throbbing like a struck gong. A walk before lunch and not much else, breathing through it.

May we find renewed confidence in ourselves and each other today!
