Goodnight friends! Fitfully bright, with broad scale-edged swathes of sky, but never really clear, with high and buffeting but never really cold. Deep puddly chevron grooves of tractor tyres in the fields, a renewed sweetish sourness of silage. Again, rain returns in force after dark. First moths of the season, awakening heralds (scolipteryx libatrix,) scallop-winged and orange speckled.
Mind still very fragmented and hard to point in any one straight line. Not a hugely onorous or painful sense of fatigue the past few days but a very deep one, drive replaced for now with groggy, faintly nauseous exhaustion.
May we find profound, healing rest today!
