Goodnight friends! Heavy and weary day, grinding, pulsing pain. Feels like my strength is diminishing rather than recovering at the moment. Couldn’t get out of bed and stay upright until late in the afternoon.
Lengthening days made their presence felt, when I briefly managed to get out around 5pm it was still light, a thin firey copper band among lumpen galleries of grey cloud. Bushels of ash keys hang low and dry, rattling in the cold bluster that shakes the daffodils.
May we find space and time to replenish ourselves and regain our focus today!
