Good afternoon friends! Post-exercise twinges not too bad, and managed a relatively good amount of sleep again. Took a walk before noon, and probably a fairly sedate rest of the day for me now, with hopes of some time for writing or drawing. Heart feeling easier as after months of fuss and waiting my housing situation might be coming towards resolution.
Another bright and icy start, frost jsut beginning to melt with that particular mirror-ball sparkle. Blue hazy islands of far off trees float in a rising sunlit mist, melting into the cloudless sky. Crocuses and snowdrops lanterns full of transmitted light, gulls floating above the thawing fields.
