Goodnight friends! Briefly a golden haze in the morning, but quickly the diffuse dreamlike light was smothered by thickening milky fog, and the rest of the day felt close and damp, and colder that it was under the smothering blanket of cloud.
Took things very easy today, muscle aches unsurprisingly prominent along with scraping joint pain. Some possibly bad news about my long-awaited flat move too, which left me feeling hollowed out somewhat in the evening.
May we relax the tension in our hearts today, allowing feelings and thoughts to arise and gently flow and pass on, neither clinging nor pushing away.
