Goodnight friends! Brief flash of morning brightness in the grey air, but swallowed up by a towering featureless wall of bruisy purplish clouds, fitful drum and spatter of indecisive rain.
Very similar pattern for me again, little sleep and less rest, not feeling quite fully woken up for hours. My joints feeling rough and splintery-raw, my mind foggy and unable to settle.
