Goodnight friends! Up, out and about early, catching the first rosy brass brushes of full daybreak on the tattered treetops, fields still pale and polished with frost dissolving into glittering dew, light blooming into honeyed mist among the long grass and dry dead willowherbs.
The lovely clear morning dragged me out of bed, a reprise of my routine from I think the winter before last, when I was often waking early. I had the same difficulty this time, exacerbated by having exercised yesterday, that after my dawn adventure I’m not good for much the rest of the day. A lot of needed bed-rest and dazed tranquility.
May we find a vision of our futures to look forward to and strive towards today!
