Goodnight friends! Vast blaze of azure, a dramatic turn back towards the last high days of summer. Purple and ruddy splashes among the leaves, foliage turning as well as rosehips and berries, cascades of rubies in the sunlight.
Thanks to the clear weather and anticipatory stress lifting I felt a paradoxical surge of energy, and braved a brief walk. I acted too soon though, and crashed pretty heavily in the afternoon.
