Goodnight friends! Variable, but largely cool and wet weather, humid in the evening after the rain cleared. Sunset long and firey, and suddenly starting to feel early.
Despite joints grinding somewhat I muddled my way through some exercise, and was fairly checked out for the rest of the day. I’m not the only chronically ill person in my TTRPG group, and we took this week off because of a few folks relapsing. It’s a nice feeling to have something regular in my life that operates at a disabled pace.
May we find patience and gentleness in our lives today, and grant the same to others and to ourselves!
