Goodnight friends! Staticky, greasy feeling to the air, prickles of rain from a cool but humid ash-grey sky with occasional streaks of faded blue. Evenings beginning to definitely contract, no more endless middays, and apple leaves continue to yellow.
A big rest and recovery day, active and mobile for two damp days in a rowhas left me feeling a little tender, though generally in very positive spirits.
