Goodnight friends! An overcast morning, slow and a little cool, opening up and warming by slow degrees over the afternoon. Yesterday’s light rain was nowhere in evidence except for the faint lingering earthy scent in shady hollows, a few.braid hours of clear sky and heat enough to.dry the ground completely. The first white brilliance of graceful, starry wild garlic flowers, pebble streambeds visible through glassy amber water.
Frusrated again by a painful immobile morning, joints stiff and grating with every movement. hard to do much until the fairer lunchtime weather came on. A hangover of soreness followed me al day.
