Goodnight friends! Another dose of househunting stress, clumsy hours of stuck gears, phone calls and unpredictable schedules and partial information. Not ideal on a post-workout rest day, but I think otherwise having a fairly low key past few days has given me a hit more resilience for now and I bounced back with a slow walk, enjoying the extra hour of sooty twilight as we rise up out of the winter depths.

More and more little swelling spires and domes of yellowish or purplish buds, on twigs encrusted in mint or lemon lichen. Some of the geese that bothered to leave seem to be returning in desultory pairs or trios, long T-shaped silhouettes against a crumpled grey sky.

May we loosen our stiffness and stubborn wariness of change, building greater openness and flexibility today!
