Goodnight friends! Managed to wake up, and even get up at a relatively morning-like hour, and got through with some exercise before lunch – forgot how much exhausted, unfocussed time ends up being left in the afternoon during wet autumn days when I start out this way. If I manage to keep this up for a bit I might be able to rearrange my mental map of the day a bit.
Sky half-lidded with soaring ultramarine cliffs of thick menacing cloud, the rest a froth of see-toothed white and blue. Spates of scattered cold diagonal rain sweeping like gauzy silver curtains across the sagging meadows.
