Goodnight friends! Soft sweet breeze today, and pale clear skies the soft blue of great distance, clouds broken into scatters of pale pebbles. Yellow rattle seedpods all crisply swollen, dry and pale now among the grass, whispering along with the scattered whirs of crickets. Startled a deer out of the undergrowth beside the path juat a few metres ahead of me, flash of sienna and flagged white tail too quick to fully register or underdtand except in hindsight.
A bit of backlash from exercising yesterday, pangs and clenching, seizing sore points, my body seems to have been deconditioned pretty fast during my recenet relapsec or perhaps in part I’m just not all the way steady again yet. Missing some focus too, losing time to distraction and forgetfulness.
