Goodnight friends! No rain today, but long muted hours of smooth mist-grey cloud and fizzy dampness in the air. Temperatures remaining high and wind breathily mild, hovering around 20°c. Graceful willowherb flowers and shaggy orange hawkweed shine even in the pale silvery light. Late afternoon began to see clearing lilac skies and the atmosphere feels softer, more expansive.
Can’t recall well, but definitely have a vague sense of sleeping badly. Found my regular monday exercise drained today and I’m slightly regretting pushing through with it, though it didn’t register as too especially fatiguing at the time – sometimes it just takes me by surprise. Exhausted, fragile and a little numb still.
