Good evening friends! Brisk scraping winds kept trees shuddering, and skies fiercely flitting and changeable. Emerald minutes when cow parsley shines like a treasure trove. Miserable slicing squalls, thankfully brief. At least one interlude of hail, fast dissolving into slushy splattering sleet. At last the first miniscule kisses of ripening pink, magnified by raindrops, at the tips of hawthorn buds.
Continuing much the same, hours lost to staticy background seethe of pain turned up, thoughts difficult to form and every movement taking an unpleasant willful, grinding effort. Never really enough to knock me out of my body, but enough to make even sitting or lying down exhausting for most of the day.
May we find rest and healing today!
