Goodnight friends! A fairer, baby blue sky with more scattered clouds lying low across the horizon, pillowy and grey like ranges of far off hills. Green swarms thickly through meadows and beneath trees now, goutweed and hogweed dense at the ankles of the scattered birches with nettles bristling up beneath, while reinvigorated ivy clambers and strangles where leaves are starting to form caverns of woodland shade.
A slight reset again today, bounced back mostly from the aches and wooziness I experienced resting yesterday, but still a little shaken – reckoning with worries of overextending myself, impatience, frustration.
May we self-reflect with gentleness and compassion and allow ourselves to grow today!
