Goodnight friends! Some overcast interludes, but by by and large bright again. Magpie shadows long-tailed arrows rippling swift and silent across the grass as it grows fuller and thicker, full of luscious clover leaves, the placid round eyes of daisies, tiny bittercress flowers on wiry stems.
Wavering on a narrow uncertain ledge still. The constant opressive weight hasn’t returned but there are moments of numb sick heaviness – breathlessness and dizzy, panicky exhaustion when my limit seems to loom up at me out of nowhere without warning.
May we find time for stillness free of analysis and introspection today, and allow ourselves as much as possible the space to simply be!
