Goodnight friends! Another overcast start swept away by brisk and chilly winds. Unsettled weather, rapidly shifting and uncertain forecasts – even snow in some parts of the UK apparently. Banks of dense grey cloud gathering, being torn apart, reforming and thickening each time. Broad blunt grey wings of a heron making slow, rowing headway at s it fought against the gusts. Cold but dazzling for long stretches, magnolias lit up like lanterns as their teardrop petals unfurl.
Exercise day again so fast – weeks seeming to flit by as the world explodes into colour – hard to catch much of my incremental progress but pleased to be seeing a few numbers increas, just a little.
May we be able to envision happy, fulfilled futures for ourselves and work towards making them true today!
